Patrick Justin McAfee is an American sports analyst, podcaster, and former football punter. He is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) under the NXT brand. He was a placekicker at West Virginia and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft. Over his eight-year career in the National Football League (NFL), McAfee made two Pro Bowls and was an All-Pro in 2014. Since his retirement from football in February 2017, McAfee has been an analyst in football and professional wrestling. He was a guest host for Fox Sports' college and NFL broadcasts in late 2018, before being announced as part of ESPN's Thursday Night College Football team in July 2019. Jan Kounen fait ses études supérieures à l'École des arts décoratifs de Nice, où il tourne ses premiers courts métrages. Il obtient en 1988 le diplôme national supérieur d'expression plastique. Il filme dans les années 1990 plusieurs spots publicitaires en France, en Allemagne et en Grande-Bretagne. Parmi ces spots se trouvent des publicités pour: Nuts, Peugeot 806, Tang, Gin Gordon’s, Miko, Adidas, Smirnoff, Toyota, Bacardi Rigo, Bass (bière du groupe InBev)... Au début des années 1990 également, on fait appel à lui pour la réalisation de vidéo-clips dont, notamment, quatre clips pour le groupe britannique Erasure, celui de Pauline Ester illustrant la chanson Le monde est fou, un pour le groupe français Elmer Food Beat et un autre pour le groupe Assassin. En décembre 1994, il photographie Vanessa Paradis dans une reprise du rôle mythique de Tippi Hedren dans Les Oiseaux d'Alfred Hitchcock le temps d'une séance photographique expérimentale. En 1997, Jan Kounen réalise son premier long-métrage: Dobermann, adapté de l'œuvre de Joël Houssin. Ce film d'action excentrique et énergique met en scène le couple Vincent Cassel et Monica Bellucci, épaulés par Tchéky Karyo et les acteurs fétiches de Kounen: Dominique Bettenfeld et Antoine Basler, que l'on retrouve tous deux dans quasiment tous ses films. En 2011, le projet d'une suite est officiellement abordé. Il faut attendre sept ans pour voir le second long-métrage de Jan Kounen: Blueberry, l'expérience secrète, adapté des bandes-dessinées éponymes de Gir et Charlier, sort en 2004. À cette occasion, Jan Kounen retrouve son acteur de Dobermann, Vincent Cassel. Pour le rôle de Mike Blueberry, Val Kilmer fut un temps envisagé. Le film est tourné en anglais et comporte principalement des acteurs anglophones: Michael Madsen, Juliette Lewis, Colm Meaney, Eddie Izzard, Djimon Hounsou, Geoffrey Lewis, Ernest Borgnine, Temuera Morrison. On peut également noter plusieurs apparitions: Jan Kounen, Dominique Bettenfeld, Vahina Giocante, François Levantal, Jean Giraud. Les bonus du DVD nous apprennent que les relations avec Michael Madsen furent parfois difficiles: frustré de ne pas avoir le rôle de Blueberry, l'acteur refuse par exemple d'effectuer une scène de cascade et doit se faire remplacer par une doublure. Les visions chamaniques sont tirées de la propre expérience de Jan Kounen, initié aux plantes psychotropes lors de ses voyages en Amérique du Sud, et notamment dans la jungle péruvienne, où il rencontre le shaman Kestenbetsa (Guillermo Arévalo), auquel il dédie d'ailleurs le film (To my brother Kestenbetsa). Jan Kounen collaborera ensuite avec Guillermo Arévalo sur de nombreux projets jusqu'en 2020. Le film, d'une grande liberté visuelle, divise la critique et déconcerte le public. L'année suivante, en 2005, sort le documentaire D'autres mondes, offrant un parfait complément à Blueberry, l'expérience secrète. L'on y voit une partie des voyages de Jan en Amérique du Sud et son apprentissage du chamanisme et de la culture Shipibo-Conibo, en Amazonie péruvienne. ...
