Luc de Heusch (7 May 1927 – 7 August 2012) was a Belgian filmmaker, writer, and anthropologist, professor emeritus at the Université libre de Bruxelles . His 1967 film Thursday We Shall Sing Like Sunday was entered into the 5th Moscow International Film Festival. Luc de Heusch began his career in film in 1947 as assistant to Henri Storck . From 1949 to 1951 he lived in an artists' commune, the Ateliers du Marais. In 1951, under the pseudonym Luc Zangrie , he directed Perséphone , the only film produced by the CoBrA artistic movement. In 1953 and 1954 he carried out anthropological fieldwork in the Belgian Congo and Ruanda-Urundi . Like Henri Storck and Charles Dekeukeleire , he also made documentary films about the Congo. From 1955 to 1992 he was professor of social and cultural anthropology at the Free University of Brussels , later Université libre de Bruxelles.

Carlos Martinez Baena was a character actor, who was born in Spain. At an early age he moved with his family to Mexico where he became a journalist. By 1920 he decided to become an actor while he was living in Argentina, and shortly afterward moved to Spain where he worked as a stage actor, eventually ppearing in films in Argentina, Spain and the U.S in Spanish language films made in the early and mid 1930s. In 1940 he returned to Mexico, escaping the fascist Franco goverment in Spain. The following year he began appearing in Mexican films in character parts, he was often cast as kindly old men, teachers, priests and appeared in many character parts. He was also very involved in the actor's union, during his career he also wrote and adapted sceenplays as well as writing poetry. In 1970 he completed his last film at the age 80, also a character part.

Jean-Claude Robbe est un acteur français né le 7 mai 1945. Comédien de théâtre, Jean-Claude Robbe entre en 1960 au Centre de la rue Blanche et, en parallèle, à l'École Périmony. Il débute au théâtre en 1962, et, de 1962 à 1965, il est assistant à la mise en scène de Jean Le Poulain. Il est engagé durant la même période par de nombreux metteurs en scène. En 1966, il part en tournée aux États-Unis avec Le tréteau de Paris pour jouer dans Antigone de Jean Anouilh et L'Annonce faite à Marie de Paul Claudel. Enfin, en 1980, il crée sur scène Soir de grève d'Odile Ehret en duo avec Marie-Georges Pascal dans une mise en scène de Virgil Tanase. En 1981, il crée sa propre troupe, La Compagnie des Nouveaux Classiques. Durant cinq ans, il montera de nombreux spectacles avec Micheline Dax, Jean-Marie Proslier, Christian Marin, Claude Titre, Pierre Doris et Jacques Bodoin. Sa carrière à l'écran est plus modeste et, à partir des années 1990, il travaille essentiellement à la post-synchronisation de films, de séries et de dessins animés.
