Cormac McCarthy (born Charles Joseph McCarthy Jr.; July 20, 1933 – June 13, 2023) was an American writer who authored twelve novels, two plays, five screenplays, and three short stories, spanning the Western and postapocalyptic genres. He was known for his graphic depictions of violence and his unique writing style, recognizable by a sparse use of punctuation and attribution. Laurent Lucas est un acteur français, né le 20 juillet 1965 à Paris. Il grandit au Havre où il effectue sa scolarité. Mais, peu intéressé par les études, il abandonne le lycée et part faire son service militaire en Allemagne. En 1984, il entre au Cours Charles-Dullin à Paris. Il poursuit sa formation artistique au Théâtre national de Strasbourg qu'il intègre en 1993. Il débute sur les planches en interprètant les textes de Brecht, Pinter ou Marivaux et se fait remarquer au cinéma par Laurence Ferreira Barbosa qui lui offre un rôle dans J'ai horreur de l'amour en 1997. Sa prestation lui permet d'enchaîner les rôles : La nouvelle Eve, Rien sur Robert, Pola X. En 1999, il tourne Haut des coeurs ! aux côtés de Karin Viard et décroche le César du meilleur espoir masculin. L'année suivante, il est révélé au grand public grâce au réalisateur Dominik Moll qui le met en scène dans Harry un ami qui vous veut du bien. Il collabore de nombreuses fois avec le réalisateur Bertrand Bonello : Quelque chose d'organique, Le pornographe, Tiresia, De la guerre... En 2005, il retrouve Dominik Moll pour Lemming et donne la réplique à Charlotte Gainsbourg et André Dussollier. Il varie les registres et endosse souvent des rôles sombres comme celui d'un tueur dans Contre-enquête (2007) face à Jean Dujardin. Il tourne régulièrement dans les films de Noël Mitrani : Sur la trace d'Igor Rizzi (présenté à la Mostra en 2006 et primé au festival de Toronto), The Kate Logan Affair (aux côtés d'Alexis Bledel), Le Militaire, Après coup. Sur le petit écran, il incarne Boris Vian dans le téléfilm V comme Vian de Philippe Le Guay diffusé en 2011 sur France 2, qui rencontre un vif succès public et critique. Il participe également à des séries à succès : Les Témoins (2014), Les Revenants (2015) et Les hommes de l'ombre (2016). En mai 2016, il est au casting du film de Julia Ducournau, Grave, présenté en compétition officielle lors de la Semaine de la critique du Festival de Cannes.

Park Joon-Hyung (aka Joon Park ) is a Korean-American singer, actor, and rapper in the Korean pop group G.O.D.. He was born on July 20 1969 and graduated from La Quinta High School in Westminster, California and attended California State University, Long Beach.  After attending college in the field of graphic design, he was discovered in Hollywood by a casting agent for a Janet Jackson video which would lead to his first television appearance.  After moving to Seoul, South Korea to pursue a career in pop music, Joon Park began recruiting friends and family to form his group, G.O.D.(Groove Over Dose) before breaking through into television success by way of commercial acting.   His first television role on the SBS sitcom “Soon Poon San Boo In Kua” as Song Hye Gyo’s boyfriend garnered him significant popularity with a Korean audience for his Eurasian appearance and mannerisms.   Joon continued to pursue music, despite his television success and finalized his band G.O.D. in 1998 with the release of their first album and second albums.  The success of these albums led to a Korean reality show based on the five band members and an infant, which quickly achieved great success on MBC.  With the success of G.O.D., Joon landed numerous endorsement deals before the band split apart to pursue solo careers and complete mandatory military service.   Joon Park returned to Los Angeles to pursue acting, leading to several noteable cameos and a television role in the planned Friday Night Light’s spin-off webseries that will feature cross overs with NBC’s Parenthood.

Her film appearances during the 1940s included If I Had My Way (1940), Girls of the Big House (1945) and The Fuller Brush Man (1948).
