Vincent Delerm est un auteur-compositeur-interprète, arrangeur musical, auteur dramatique et photographe occasionnel français, né le 31 août 1976 à Évreux (Eure). Vincent Delerm est le fils de l'écrivain Philippe Delerm et de Martine Delerm, illustratrice de romans pour la jeunesse. Au cours de ses études universitaires en lettres modernes à Rouen, il a consacré sa maîtrise à «François Truffaut, cinéaste écrivain» sur le thème «en quoi le cinéma de Truffaut est-il littéraire?». Il se lance aussi dans le théâtre, participe activement à une troupe et se prend de passion pour le cinéma. Il donne ses premiers concerts à Rouen en février 1998, notamment salle Ronsard, une minuscule salle au cœur d'une cité universitaire. Le spectacle s'appelle La Mauvaise Compagnie présente Vincent. Puis à Paris en 1999 au Limonaire et surtout au Théâtre Les Déchargeurs où il restera à l'affiche durant plusieurs semaines. Il envoie une maquette de ses chansons au comédien François Morel qui, sous le charme, en parle autour de lui. Cela lui permet de participer à certaines émissions de radio, notamment sur France Inter où il fait la connaissance de Thomas Fersen grâce à qui il signe dans la maison de disques Tôt ou tard pour enregistrer son premier disque. Son premier album, Vincent Delerm, sort le 30 avril 2002. Il remporte la victoire de l'album révélation de l'année aux Victoires de la musique en 2003. À cette époque, il a déjà acquis une bonne expérience des concerts publics. Il passe en première partie de quelques chanteurs comme Julien Clerc et part ensuite à travers la France pour une longue tournée dont il est la vedette. Son deuxième album, Kensington Square, sort en 2004, son troisième, Les Piqûres d'araignée, en 2006. Le 23 janvier 2009, il repart en tournée pour promouvoir son quatrième album Quinze chansons sorti en 2008. Un livre de photos prises par Vincent couplé avec le DVD du concert filmé les 3 et 4 juillet 2009 au Bataclan sort le 16 novembre 2009. En 2011, Vincent Delerm sort un livre-CD thématique, les regards et les interrogations d'un enfant sur notre monde, Léonard a une sensibilité de gauche, auquel participe Jean Rochefort. En décembre 2011 au théâtre des Bouffes du Nord, il crée le spectacle musical Memory qu'il a mis en scène avec l'aide de Macha Makeïeff. Dans ce spectacle théâtral où la proportion de chansons est faible, Vincent Delerm, accompagné du multi-instrumentiste Nicolas Mathuriau, joue le rôle de Simon qui s'interroge entre autres sur le temps qui passe et les multiples manières de le retenir, les modes qui se démodent et les façons de faire la fête qui ne sont pas les mêmes en France et à Los Angeles. Ce spectacle est joué en province, en Suisse et en Belgique en 2012 et en 2013. La dernière représentation de Memory a lieu à l'Olympia le 16 avril 2013. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Betty Blythe (born Elizabeth Blythe Slaughter, September 1, 1893 – April 7, 1972) was an American actress best known for her dramatic roles in exotic silent films such as The Queen of Sheba (1921). She appeared in 63 silent films and 56 talking pictures (known as talkies) over the course of her career. She is famous for being one of the first actresses to appear on film in the nude, or nearly so, during the Roaring Twenties. She is reported to have said, "A director is the only man besides your husband who can tell you how much of your clothes to take off." Blythe began her stage work in such theatrical pieces as So Long Letty and The Peacock Princess. She worked in vaudeville as the "California Nightingale" singing songs such as "Love Tales from Hoffman". After touring Europe and the States, she entered films in 1918 at the Vitagraph Studios in Brooklyn, then she was brought to Hollywood's Fox studio as a replacement for actress Theda Bara. As famous for her revealing costumes as for her dramatic skills, she became a star in such exotic films as The Queen of Sheba (1921) (in which she wore nothing above the waist except a string of beads), Chu-Chin-Chow (made in 1923; released by MGM in the US 1925) and She (1925). She was also seen to good advantage in less revealing films like Nomads of the North (1920) with Lon Chaney and In Hollywood with Potash and Perlmutter (1924), produced by Samuel Goldwyn. Other roles were as an opera star, unbilled in Garbo's The Mysterious Lady. She continued to work as a character actress. One of her last roles was a small uncredited role in a crowd scene in 1964's My Fair Lady. Betty Blythe's name lives on through the Betty Blythe Vintage TeaRoom in West Kensington.
