Mitsou Annie Marie Gélinas (born September 1, 1970, in Loretteville, Quebec) is a Canadian pop singer, businesswoman, television and radio host, and actress. She is credited as Mitsou Gélinas when acting, but records simply as Mitsou (the French spelling of Mitsu, which means honey in Japanese).

Mandy McElhinney (born 1 September 1970) is an Australian actress best known for playing Rhonda in AAMI insurance advertisements. She appeared on the sketch comedy television series, Comedy Inc., from 2003 to 2006. She appeared as Gina Rinehart in the telemovie The House of Hancock, alongside Sam Neill in 2015. McElhinney played Jackie Walters, federal agent and team leader of the Australian Federal Police Counter-Terrorism Unit in the television drama thriller series Hyde & Seek that premiered on the Nine Network in October 2016.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Michelle Meyrink (born September 1, 1962) is a Canadian actress who performed roles during the 1980s in both television and in films, mostly playing roles as offbeat teen girls. She is best remembered as the hyperactive whiz-kid Jordan Cochran in the 1985 film Real Genius and as the female nerd Judy in 1984's Revenge of the Nerds. Meyrink was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She appeared in many comedy films, including 1983s Valley Girl as Suzi Brent, 1983's The Outsiders as Cherry Valance's best friend Marcia. In 1984 she guest-starred on the television show Family Ties as Mallory's friend (and Skippy's latest infatuation). Her last Hollywood role was in the 1988 film Permanent Record. Thereafter, she gave up acting as a career, deciding she wanted more out of life than the profession provided. During this transition period she became interested in the practice of Zen. Toward her goal of reshaping her life, she moved to the Dominican Republic to be near family members. She later moved back to her hometown of Vancouver and in 1996 met her future husband John at the Zen Centre of Vancouver. As of 2010 Meyrink lived with husband John and their three children (then, ages 17, 15, and 11) on Bowen Island, just off the coast of Vancouver. She and her family were the subjects of a 2004 episode of the Canadian television series Quiet Mind, which focused on their embrace and practice of Zen Buddhism. Samal Yeslyamova (born September 1, 1984) is a Kazakh actress. Samal later studied at the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts from 2007 to 2011 and she currently lives in Moscow. She made her screen debut in Tulpan (2008), Sergey Dvortsevoy’s drama that premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. The film won many awards including the APSA for Best Feature Film. At the time of filming Tulpan, Samal was only 19 years old and struggled to adjust to household chores and motherly duties required during her month living in a nomadic yurt for the shoot. Ayka is Yeslyamova’s second feature film and at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival she was awarded the prize for Best Actress.

Born and raised in New York City, Blank is known for writing, directing, producing, and starring in the critically acclaimed feature film The 40-Year-Old Version. Blank got her start in the TV and film industry as an actress playing the role of Loquesha in the 1998 film Mixing Nia. She began her writing career as a playwright, writing several plays that never made it to the stage and the Off Broadway production Seed which received critical acclaim. Blank has performed as a comedian and rapper under the name RadhaMUSprime. For her directorial feature debut, The 40-Year-Old Version, Blank won the 2020 Sundance U.S. Dramatic Competition Directing Award and the Gotham Independent Film Award for Best Screenplay. Her other accolades include a Helen Merrill Playwriting Award, an NEA New Play Development Award, the Sundance Institute's 2020 Vanguard Award, and a NYFA Fellowship.
