Steve et Patrick, deux jeunes médecins de retour d'un congrès, s'arrête dans une bourgade, lorsqu'une superbe blonde aborde Steve et l'emmène dehors. Son petit ami, un Policier corrompu et violent, l'agresse alors mais ne parvient qu'à se blesser lui-même. Il fait alors croire que c'est Steve qui l'a agresse.
