Le soir d’Halloween un groupe d’étudiants avides de sensations fortes décide d’explorer un ancien hôpital psychiatrique abandonné. Très rapidement le groupe devra affronter l’esprit de Jacob, un ancien patient, brûlé vif au sein de l’hôpital en tentant de s’en échapper. Aujourd’hui, ce malade mental veut prendre possession des vivants afin d’essayer de s’échapper une fois de plus.
