Michael Dixon a fuit Los Angeles pour échapper au gang auquel il appartenait. Il est aujourd'hui garde-frontière. Son neveu, "Little Boy", rejoint le gang et y trouve un nouvelle figure de père. Mais lorsqu'une rencontre fortuite mène le gang à Nixon, cet agent est forcé de prendre des mesures extrèmes pour protèger sa famille.
