Tim Krabbé (born April 13, 1943) is a Dutch journalist, novelist and chess player. Once a competitive cyclist, Krabbé is known to Dutch readers for his novel De Renner (The Rider), first published in 1978 and translated into English in 2002, of which The Guardian's Matt Seaton wrote: "Nothing better is ever likely to be written on the subjective experience of cycle-racing". English readers know him primarily for The Vanishing (Dutch: Spoorloos), the translation of his 1984 novel Het Gouden Ei (The Golden Egg), which was made into an acclaimed 1988 Dutch film for which Krabbé co-wrote a script. A poorly received American remake was made in 1993. In 1997 he published De grot, translated as The Cave and published in the U.S. in 2000.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jerry Bresler (Jerome S. Bresler: April 13, 1908 in Denver, Colorado – August 23, 1977 in Los Angeles) was an American film producer. He won an Oscar in 1944 as co-producer for Heavenly Music (Best Short Subject, Two-reel) and in 1945 for Stairway to Light (Best Short Subject, one-reel). He began his film career as a production supervisor. In the late 1930s, he joined MGM as a unit manager and worked on the Dr. Kildare series and other films. After his success with short films (the two Academy Awards, and three other nominations), he began to work on features, producing such films as Richard Fleischer's movie The Vikings in 1958, Sam Peckinpah's Major Dundee (1965) and the James Bond spoof Casino Royale in 1967, and his final film, Pussycat, Pussycat, I Love You. It was the post-production interference at Columbia Pictures on Major Dundee which for a time gave Bresler a reputation as a studio hatchet-man. The more complicated history of the production has become known over the years, and the editing of the film is seen as one part of that history. In 1965, he was a member of the jury at the 15th Berlin International Film Festival.

Jeanne Lapoirie, née le 13 avril 1963 à Saint-Denis, est une directrice de la photographie française. Jeanne Lapoirie achève sa formation à l'École nationale supérieure Louis-Lumière en 1984. Elle travaille plusieurs années comme assistante notamment avec de Thierry Arbogast. C'est à ses coté qu'elle rencontre André Téchiné qui lui fera faire son premier film comme directrice de la photographie en 1993, Les Roseaux sauvages. Le film est sélectionné au festival de Cannes "un certain regard", il remporte le prix Louis-Delluc et 4 césars. Elle travaille ensuite aux côtés de nombreux réalisateurs et réalisatrices, français ou étrangers, tels que François Ozon, Robin Campillo, Arnaud des Pallières, Valeria Bruni Tedeschi, Catherine Corsini, Paul Verhoeven… sur plusieurs films sélectionnés dans de grands festivals, Cannes, Venise, Berlin, Locarno, Toronto… Elle a travaillé aussi avec Michel Houellebecq, pour ses films et pour son exposition au palais de Tokyo. Elle a été nominée trois fois pour le césar de la meilleure photographie, avec les films Huit Femmes, Mikael Kohlhaas, et 120 Battements par minute. Elle est membre de l'AFC depuis 1994, et membre du collectif 50/50 qui a pour but de promouvoir l’égalité des femmes et des hommes et la diversité dans le cinéma et l’audiovisuel.
