Max Montavon est un acteur français né le 24 juillet 1926 à Vincennes et mort le 22 septembre 1983 dans le 17e arrondissement de Paris. Max Montavon a joué les seconds rôles dans près de 150 films. Il ne commença sa carrière au théâtre et au cinéma qu'au milieu des années 1950. Il apparaît dans de nombreuses comédies populaires des années 1960 et 70, notamment dans des films avec Louis de Funès. Fils d'horloger, il passe son enfance en Suisse, et monte à Paris pour suivre les cours du Conservatoire d'art dramatique. Puis il se produit au cabaret "Liberty's", poussé par son ami Lucien Jeunesse, où il joue les travestis. Ses numéros vont faire démarrer sa carrière au théâtre, où il jouera notamment Chérie noire pendant neuf cents représentations, et différentes opérettes. Il meurt d'une crise cardiaque le 22 septembre 1983 à Paris, à l'âge de 57 ans. Il est inhumé au cimetière de Montmartre (division 5). Comme l'indique Marc Lemonier dans son ouvrage L'intégrale de Funès, Louis de Funès était très proche de Max Montavon, qui assista aux funérailles du comique préféré des Français. Goutam Ghose (also spelled Gautam Ghosh born 24 July 1950) is an Indian film director, actor, music director and cinematographer, who works primarily in Bengali cinema. Ghose was greatly influenced by the movies of Satyajit Ray, Ritwik Ghatak, Rajen Tarafdar, Mrinal Sen and Ajoy Kar who had heralded a new era in Bengali movies through their works. He is the only Indian to have received the "Vittorio Di Sica" Award, Italy, in 1997. In 2017, he was inducted as a member of the Oscar Academy.

Geert Hunaerts (Mortsel, 24 July 1972) is a Belgian actor. Geert Hunaerts is best known for the Team Spirit films and series, and his roles in the TV shows De Kotmadam, Familie and Thuis. In 2006, Hunaerts participated in Stanley's Route, a survival program with well-known Flemish people; he won this program. He also took part in the second season of Steracteur Sterartiest, with which he collected money for Greenpeace. He was in sixth place. In 2009 he was a member of the Golden Plate Council in Warm regards to everyone. Hunaerts is married to Fien D'Heu, daughter of actor Luk D'Heu and together they have a daughter (2007) and a son (2009). Sheila Florance (1916-1991) was an Australian actress, known for her role of Lizzie Birdsworth in TV series' Prisoner (1979-1984), Mad Max (1979) and A Woman's Tale (1991). Died of cancer in Melbourne, Australia at age 75, 9 days after winning Australian Film Institute's Best Actress award for A Woman's Tale (1991), a film where she played a woman dying of cancer.

Jean-Roger Caussimon est un auteur-compositeur-interprète et acteur français, né le 24 juillet 1918 dans le 14e arrondissement de Paris et mort le 20 octobre 1985 dans le 13e arrondissement. Rendu populaire avec des titres comme La Java de La Varenne, Nous deux ou Les Cœurs purs, il est notamment l'auteur de plusieurs chansons mises en musique et popularisées par son ami Léo Ferré telles Monsieur William, Comme à Ostende ou Le Temps du tango. Jean-Roger Caussimon naît à Paris, en juillet 1918 (c'est un «môme de la permission», son père étant engagé du côté de Verdun à ce moment-là). Son père, Jean Caussimon, médecin, et sa mère Yvonne, s'installent à Bordeaux. Il grandit et fait ses études à Bordeaux, au lycée Montaigne. Il découvre de grands poètes pendant son adolescence (Albert Samain, Edmond Rostand, Jean Richepin, puis au lycée François Villon, Clément Marot, Arthur Rimbaud, Paul Verlaine, La Fontaine, Dante, Heine, Jacques Audiberti), et c'est dès cette époque que la qualité de poète lui paraîtra à tout jamais inaccessible. Il prend des leçons de diction pendant quatre ans (1930-1934) auprès de Francis Grangier (ancien comédien de l'Odéon), afin de pouvoir dire ces poètes qu'il aime tant, sans son accent bordelais. Il obtient son baccalauréat, ainsi qu'un premier prix au conservatoire d'art dramatique. Sa mère, Yvonne, se suicide en 1936, à l'âge de 43 ans, ce qui le marquera à jamais. En 1937, il débute comme comédien professionnel et régisseur au petit théâtre Trianon à Bordeaux. Il joue une pièce par semaine. Le comédien Henri Bosc lui conseille de ne pas rester à Bordeaux, car il n'est de consécration qu'à Paris, et le présente aux professeurs du Conservatoire de Paris en 1938: il est admis comme auditeur dans la classe de Louis Jouvet, qui lui témoigne un intérêt amusé et paternel. Viennent le service militaire et la Seconde Guerre mondiale: Caussimon est incorporé à Saint-Cloud pour le service militaire en octobre 1938, puis est enrôlé en campagne dans les Ardennes en 1939 en tant que soldat. Il est fait prisonnier dans les Vosges en 1940, et part alors au Stalag IV-A en Silésie. Durant sa captivité, il écrit des poèmes, ainsi qu'une pièce en trois actes avec son ami Georges Fagot qui connait un franc succès, Parodie de Faust. En 1942, il est rapatrié sanitaire et revient à Paris en décembre. Dès son retour en décembre 1942, il passe au cabaret du Lapin Agile (ainsi que dans plusieurs autres cabarets parisiens comme Les Trois Baudets) pour des récitals au cours desquels il récitera des poèmes et chantera beaucoup. Shalaby displayed a passion for performing from a very early age, no doubt due to the exposure to the industry her mother's fame provided. Menna made her film debut in "Al Saher" (The Magician) as Nour in 2001. She next scored a leading role beside Layla Elwy in "Baheb El Seema" (2004). Since then she's gone on to work with some of the most talented actors and directors, like Youssef Chahine with "Heya Fawda" (2007), Ahmed Abdallah with "Microphone" (2010) and Yousry Nasrallah with "After the Battle" (2012) about the infamous Battle of the Camel during the January 25 uprising. Her other film credits include "Banat Wust el Balad" (2005), "Ouija" (2006) and "Ezaet Hob" (2011).

Enzo Petito (24 July 1897 – 17 July 1967) was an Italian film and stage character actor. A theatre actor under Eduardo De Filippo in the 1950s in the Teatro San Ferdinando of Naples, with whom he was professionally closely associated, Petito also appeared in several of his films, often co-starring Eduardo or/and brother, Peppino De Filippo, brothers who are considered to be amongst the greatest Italian actors of the 20th century. Petito played minor roles in some memorable commedia all'Italiana movies directed by the likes of Dino Risi and Mario Monicelli in the late 1950s and early 1960s, often appearing alongside actors such as Nino Manfredi, Alberto Sordi, Peppino De Filippo, Anna Maria Ferrero, and Totò. Although never a leading actor, he made a number of small appearances as character actors alongside Italy's leading film stars in films throughout the early to mid-1960s and is arguably best known in world cinema for his role as the store keeper in the Sergio Leone classic Spaghetti Western film The Good, the Bad and the Ugly in 1966. His roles ranged from storekeepers and cobblers to priests and homeless men. His role of most esteem, however, is perhaps as Napoleon in Sergio Corbucci's comedy Chi si ferma è perduto in 1963.
